As a Business Development Manager at Tailor Brands, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with strategic partners, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping our offerings based on market trends. Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in driving the expansion of distribution channels for Tailor Brands.
  • Manage partnerships end-to-end, from identifying prospects and holding discussions to finalizing agreements, and guiding partners through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain and build ongoing relationships with partners ensuring continuing growth, and maximizing these relationships to drive mutual success and achieve our business goals. 
  • Continuously assess and enhance our product or service offerings based on partner feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis. Work closely with internal teams to implement necessary improvements.

Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to leverage partnerships for business growth. 
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue management. 
  • Familiarity with conducting competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for differentiation.


Great Advantage if you have:

  • Proficient at building and analyzing Excel models
  • Native English Speaker

  • Location: We are based in Rothschild, Tel Aviv.
  • Hybrid Work Model: Four days in the office and one day from home.
