We Want You!

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Social Media Specialist to lead, strategize, and own Tailor Brands’ acquisition marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll drive the growth of our marketing channels and execute flawless campaigns that generate measurable results.

As the User Acquisition, you’ll identify new media opportunities, develop groundbreaking strategies, and analyze data to optimize efficiency and maximize growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping how we reach and engage millions of small business owners worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Strategize: Design and own growth marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving ROI and performance.
  • Identify Opportunities: Research new media opportunities and trends to increase acquisition efficiency and explore untapped channels.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms, focusing on KPIs like LTV/CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Analyze and Act: Leverage data insights to refine strategies, track performance, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Design, Product, Finance, and Analytics to deliver compelling, high-impact marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in online marketing, managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns in B2C or SaaS industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in Social Media paid campaigns, SEM advertising, and platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and more.
  • Proven experience setting strategic and operational growth plans, including KPIs, budgets, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with a statistical approach to A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing metrics like LTV/CAC and optimization tools/software.
  • English fluency at a high or mother-tongue level.

  • Hybrid Work Model: Four days in the office and one day from home.
