We Want You!

We’re looking for a PPC Manager with Social Media Expertise to lead, strategize, and optimize our paid acquisition marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll drive the growth of Tailor Brands’ user base through data-driven campaigns and creative strategies.

As the PPC Manager, you will manage large-scale campaigns across Social Media platforms and Search Engines, identifying opportunities to improve performance and deliver measurable results. This is your chance to make a major impact, influencing how millions of small business owners discover and engage with Tailor Brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Acquisition Campaigns: Develop and execute high-performing PPC and paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others.
  • Strategize for Growth: Create growth-oriented strategies aligned with business goals while focusing on KPIs like LTV, CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Research emerging trends, new media opportunities, and tools to expand acquisition channels and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, conduct A/B tests, and make real-time optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Design, Analytics, Product, and Finance teams to launch campaigns and align messaging.
  • Drive Reporting: Present actionable insights and campaign results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and performance accountability.

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in PPC and paid social campaign management within B2C or SaaS industries.
  • Hands-on expertise in platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEM advertising.
  • Proven experience in setting growth strategies, defining KPIs, managing budgets, and tracking performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics like LTV/CAC and how to leverage them for performance improvements.

  • Hybrid Work Model: Four days in the office and one day from home.
