We Need You!
Being a designer at Tailor’s creative team means ideating and creating performance-driven designs in a massively creative and agile environment.
Innovate constantly within the team to build new or updated marketing campaigns that engage with our audience. They design paid ads, marketing emails, landing pages, productions, and many more. Produce marketing collateral consistent with our brand image and develop or update our brand identity.
Communicate ideas and concepts clearly; review work in an objective manner and with the aid of analytics, and apply learnings to future work. Work within the Marketing department to gather information, and understand the goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Design visually compelling marketing materials for digital and print media, such as email campaigns, social media, landing pages, presentations, and ads. Ensure all marketing materials meet brand guidelines and are optimized for user engagement and performance.
Project Management and Collaboration:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, work closely with other stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Concept Development and Strategy
Initiate and develop creative concepts and visual design strategies for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and business objectives. Actively contribute as a stakeholder, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results.|
Market Research and User Insights:
Conduct market research and user analysis to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Use insights gathered from data to inform design decisions and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
