We Need You!

As our Marketing Operations Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven strategy, optimizing and scaling our marketing operations to drive efficiency and performance. You will use your strategic insight, analytical skills, and understanding of marketing technology to streamline processes, unlock insights, and support growth across our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities


  • Data and Performance Analytics: Track and analyze essential metrics, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS, delivering actionable insights to improve marketing performance and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Optimize Marketing Processes: Design and implement scalable workflows that streamline operations, align with team objectives, and support our rapid growth in a high-performance environment.
  • CRM and Data Flow Optimization: Manage data flow across CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to refine lead nurturing, scoring, and attribution, improving our customer journey insights.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Drive a culture of experimentation by designing and analyzing A/B tests, and continuously optimizing our approach to marketing and campaign strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee tracking, KPI setup, and measurement for marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet business objectives with a focus on accuracy and performance optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company-wide objectives, fostering collaboration and cohesive strategy.
  • Budget and Resource Allocation: Support budget tracking and ROI analysis to guide resource allocation, maximizing impact through data-driven decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay on the cutting edge of marketing operations by championing best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends, driving continuous improvement across the team.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related role, ideally in a high-growth B2C SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record in metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Advanced analytics skills, including SQL, and proficiency with BI/Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and the adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.


Great Advantage if you have:

  • A background in A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling tools like R or Python.
  • Experience with data warehouse (DWH) design or workflow managers like Airflow.
  • B.A./B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a relevant field.
