About the Role

As a Social Media Campaign Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving significant growth for Tailor Brands through strategic management of our social media channels. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our social media campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum engagement, brand visibility, and ROI.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Optimization: Develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook and TikTok, but also including other relevant channels (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), to achieve targeted goals and objectives.

Content Strategy and Publishing: Create and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience, ensuring consistent and timely publishing across all social media platforms.

Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets for social media campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing objectives.

Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to leverage them for campaign optimization.

Requirements

Required Experience

  1. • Proven experience in managing social media campaigns, particularly on Facebook and TikTok.
  2. • Experience working in SaaS, B2C, and global startups.
  3. • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  4. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
