We need you!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented AI QA Specialist to test, monitor, and optimize AI interactions. You’ll identify patterns, improve performance, and collaborate with the team to enhance our AI systems. Strong communication, analytical skills, and tech proficiency are essential. Experience in customer facing roles, or QA is a plus. A proactive mindset and ownership are key.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily testing to ensure seamless and uninterrupted operations.
  • Monitor calls to identify behavioral and technical patterns, pinpointing areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive progress and achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2 years of experience in either: Customer facing roles (sales, customer support or Tech oriented roles—data analysis, QA, programming.
  • Analytical and structured thinker — experience with data platforms and KPIs is a plus.
  • Highly diligent with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven with a strong “can-do” attitude.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working with AI agents and related technologies.
  • Background in quality assurance (QA).
  • Familiarity with legal terminology.
