We Need You!

We’re looking for a hands-on Junior IT Specialist to lead and support our IT efforts. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of planning, organizing, and executing all IT functions across the company.

Your responsibilities will range from managing software subscriptions and hardware assets to overseeing office infrastructure and ensuring top-notch security processes. You’ll also lead technical projects, manage device solutions, and work closely with vendors to launch new tools. This is a dynamic role that blends hands-on tasks with strategic planning, making it ideal for someone ready to take ownership and drive impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, Configure, and Maintain Systems: Manage company computers, hardware, and networks, ensuring reliable operation.
  • IT Strategy and Security: Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes; ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are functioning properly.
  • Desktop and Endpoint Management: Lead desktop and helpdesk support, resolve issues quickly, manage employee endpoints using MDM software (e.g., Jamf), and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Hardware and Equipment Management: Execute hardware purchasing, logistics, and inventory for employees; deploy and maintain networking, video conferencing, and other physical equipment in our Tel Aviv office.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the security team to provide patches and resolve security issues; collaborate with vendors to launch new tools and support IT-related projects.
  • Environment Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting across a hybrid Mac/Windows environment, supporting users and ensuring smooth system performance.
  • Company Events: Work closely with HR to plan and prepare the IT equipment for company events such as Monthly All Hands meetings, Quarterly kickoffs, and more.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT/System Administration: Maximum 2 years in IT or system administration, including end-user support, managing Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, and working with third-party hardware, software, and logistics vendors.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting skills in Mac OS/Windows, networking equipment, and SaaS integrations, with knowledge of device management systems (e.g., Jamf).
  • SSO and SaaS Knowledge: Strong experience with Okta or similar SSO integrations, and configuring SaaS applications.
  • IT Project Management: Experience managing IT projects, including hardware logistics, employee onboarding, and inventory processes.
  • Security Collaboration: Ability to work closely with security teams to ensure proper patching, issue remediation, and compliance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A true “people person” with strong interpersonal skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment.


Need to know:

This position is a full-time role, requiring in-office work five days a week. Our beautiful offices are located in Rothschild, Tel Aviv.
