We Need You!

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll drive our marketing success through actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing metrics that shape our SaaS B2C performance strategy, directly influencing the impact of our marketing campaigns and product success.

We’re looking for someone with experience in high-growth startups, who is comfortable working with key metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion funnels. This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and love using data to solve complex challenges.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze user activity patterns and website flows daily to improve customer experience.
  • Provide actionable insights to Product, Marketing, and Management through in-depth analysis and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs and product metrics, identifying trends and raising alerts.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to guide performance and strategic decisions.
  • Discover new ways to leverage data and unlock value for our users.
  • Analyze raw data to address complex business questions and uncover meaningful insights.

Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience in SQL and data analysis, with advanced analytical skills.
  • Proven experience analyzing online consumer behavior, marketing performance, and product performance.
  • Hands-on experience with BI/Analytics/Visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments.
  • Self-starter and quick learner, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.


Great Advantage if you have: 

  • Experience designing, analyzing, and drawing insights from A/B tests.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling using tools like R, Python, or MATLAB.
  • B.A./B.Sc. in a relevant field (Economics, Data Science, Business, etc.).
